Occasionally, we may use another courier service if your area is not serviceable by DTDC. Delivery time depends on the client’s address, and in some cases, it may take 10-11 days for remote areas, villages, or certain states in the northern region. While we strive to pack all parcels the next day, there may be times when it takes 2-3 days to process orders due to high order volume. Return and Replacement We accept returns in cases where we have delivered incorrect or defective items.
