Shipping Policy
We have an official partnership with DTDC courier service, which typically delivers parcels within 3-5 days. Occasionally, we may use another courier service if your area is not serviceable by DTDC. Delivery time depends on the client’s address, and in some cases, it may take 10-11 days for remote areas, villages, or certain states in the northern region. While we strive to pack all parcels the next day, there may be times when it takes 2-3 days to process orders due to high order volume.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, and delivery time may vary based on the customer’s location. Generally, international orders take between 10 to 30 days to arrive, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.
- No Free Shipping for International Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and order weight.
- Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Return and Replacement Policy
We accept returns in cases where we have delivered incorrect or defective items. In such instances, we will bear all expenses for returning the parcel or refund the amount of the defective items without requiring a return.
If a client mistakenly orders items they do not need, they must bear the shipping expenses and courier the items to our address. We will issue a refund after deducting the one-way shipping cost and reviewing the returned items. Usually, it takes 3-5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in the client’s bank account.
Return Policy for Indian Customers
- If any customer wants to return an order that was shipped with free shipping, we will calculate the exact weight of the parcel and charge ₹50 per kg.
- The customer must also bear both-side shipping charges for the return.
Return Policy for International Customers
- No Free Returns: International customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We do not offer refunds for shipping charges on international orders.
Return Process
The return process is simple:
We will review the information and proceed with the return, refund, or replacement accordingly.
