Shipping We have an official partnership with DTDC courier service, which typically delivers parcels within 3-5 days. Occasionally, we may use another courier service if your area is not serviceable by DTDC. Delivery time depends on the client’s address, and in some cases, it may take 10-11 days for remote areas, villages, or certain states in the northern region. While we strive to pack all parcels the next day, there may be times when it takes 2-3 days to process orders due to high order volume. Return and Replacement We accept returns in cases where we have delivered incorrect or defective items. In such instances, we will bear all expenses for returning the parcel or refund the amount of the defective items without requiring a return. If a client mistakenly orders items they do not need, they must bear the shipping expenses and courier the items to our address. We will issue a refund after deducting the one-way shipping cost and reviewing the returned items. Usually, it takes 3-5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in the client’s bank account. If any customer wants to return an order that was shipped with free shipping, we will calculate the exact weight of the parcel and charge ₹50 per kg. The customer must also bear both-side shipping charges for the return. The return process is straightforward. Clients can take pictures of the received parcel and packaging and share them on WhatsApp at 9772677977 along with the reason for the return. We will review the information and proceed with the return, refund, or replacement accordingly.
